Returns for change of mind
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Each piece is created, packed and shipped with care, and I encourage customers to choose thoughtfully before completing their order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me immediately at studio@maisiedickieart.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
I will respond as soon as possible and work with you to quickly resolve the problem — whether that means a replacement, repair, or alternative solution depending on the situation.
How to request a return for damaged/incorrect items

Processing times
Once your claim is approved, any replacement or resolution will be processed within 3–5 business days. I will keep you updated throughout the process so you always know what to expect.
Exceptions & notes

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless the damage occurred during shipping.

Custom orders and commissioned artworks are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
